Wells Fargo grant

Pasco Kids First received a $1,000 grant from Wells Fargo to support the organization’s mission to keep kids safe and strengthen families. The grant was awarded as part of Wells Fargo’s Community Connections program, which provides local branch managers the opportunity to make a $1,000 charitable contribution on behalf of Wells Fargo to a nonprofit of their choice. Pasco Kids First was nominated by Jasmine Lakes branch manager Tobiah Pospisil and the check was presented at a recognition breakfast at Land O’Lakes High School. In 2016, Pasco County had more than 6,200 abuse reports and Pasco Kids First served 1,545 children through child abuse assessments or therapy services at the Children’s Advocacy Center. The funds will be used to provide additional needs for the children served at the agency.
