• A voluntary home visiting program for expectant parents and families of newborns
• A positive parent support program

What We Do:

• Work to build parenting skills
• Promote parent-child relationships and bonding
• Promote healthy child development
• Link families to other services in the community

By the Numbers:

• 99% of children in the program have been linked with a medical provider since joining the program.
• 98% of participating families are free from incident of abuse or neglect since joining the program.
• 94% of participating children have received proper immunizations since joining the program.
