Pasco Kids First is a private, non-profit organization dedicated to the prevention and early intervention of child abuse and neglect.
We are a community organization that promotes awareness of child abuse issues and provides leadership in the promotion of needed services for children.
Pasco Kids First is the parent agency of Pasco's Child Protection Team, a network of trained abuse specialists, Pasco's Sexual Abuse Treatment Program, which assists the child and family through the legal system as well as linking the family to resources and referrals within the community, and Healthy Families Pasco-Hernando, a positive parent support program.

2000 - With additional funding from the state, Healthy Families expanded to a team in Zephyrhills.
2008 - Healthy Families expanded into Hernando County, becoming Healthy Families Pasco-Hernado.
