PASCO KIDS FIRST

Senator Mike Fasano and his aide Michael Vente joined Healthy Families Pasco- Hernando staff Belkisa Zoraja and Becky Bennett on a family home visit in Hudson to learn more about the positive-parenting program. Tony and Brooke Perez were happy the Senator took the time to visit their home and were proud to share some of the obstacles they have overcome with raising four children in a challenging economy. They discussed how the Healthy Families home visitor provided them with the parenting resources and guidance to work toward self-sufficiency since joining the program in November 2008. The Senator praised the family for all of their achievements and encouraged them to continue to work toward their goals to be the best parents they can be.
