- A voluntary home visiting program for expectant parent and families of newborns
- A positive parent support program
What We Do:
- Work to Build parenting skills
- Promote parent-child relationships and bonding
- Promote healthy child development
- Link families to other services in the community
By the numbers:
- 99% of children in the program have been linked with a medical provider since joining the program
- 98% of participating families are free from incidents of abuse or neglect since joining the program
- 94% of participating children have received proper immunizations since joining the program
