Healthy Families Graduation

The Healthy Families West Pasco team held its 2017 graduation at St. Mark’s Presbyterian Church. Queen Chasco 2017, Angel Cook, and King Pithla, Kim Bogart, were present with their crowds to help pass out Healthy Families diplomas and caps. There were eight graduate families who were honored. The 2017 graduating class is comprised of:

  • Glendalie Kennedy and son Mandrell.
  • Kerri Wambald and daughter Kady.
  • Christina Fitzpatrick and son Corey.
  • Jamie Howe and daughter Emily.
  • Martha St. Clair and son Juelz.
  • Abigail Norgren and daughter Isabella.
  • Laurie Baggatta and son Payton.
  • Blanche Ferrell and daughter Leemoyah.

Healthy Families Pasco-Hernando is a program of Pasco Kids First which is also a fully accredited Children’s Advocacy Center.

“As part of free and voluntary services, Resource Moms provide home visiting to educate families on child development and safety, encourage family interaction, and connect to community resources”, stated Healthy Families Program Manager Dana Selfridge. The program is available from pregnancy up to the child turns five years old, all based on the needs of each family it serves.
